So as the convoy got to the junction, the pilot car moved ahead while the bullion van swerved to go right way and the backup car stopped right in the middle of the road, they were all confused, then I perceived they had an issue with DIRECTION which is a product of VISION.
The pilot whose duty it is to LEAD the convoy either lacked direction or misconceived it which resulted in chaos and confusion on their way.
VISION is a great key for LEADERSHIP.
Whenever Leadership is void of Vision (just like the pilot car), Direction becomes a challenge and the right destination may never be reached.
Never embark on any journey without Vision.
VISION will give you a DESTINATION (where to go) with DIRECTION (how to go), without which the journey will be characterized by Chaos and Confusion.
