Strategic collaboration

One of the many lessons I have learnt about life is that all creations were designed to function through partnership because nothing can be fruitful by itself.

A tree doesn’t make a forest, so whenever you get isolated, you miss your chances of fruitfulness.

Strategic partnership exists and functions for a common purpose, with a common vision and by a common strategy and they are guided by these principles:

READINESS: There must first be the mutual readiness of the partners and each of them must be prepared and equipped for the alliance.

PURPOSE: The partners must have a common vision, interest and intersection of purpose that orchestrates the partnership.

UNDERSTANDING: There must be an acceptable depth of understanding that builds the foundation of agreement for partnership because two can’t work together unless they agree. Effective communication enhances understanding.

TRUST: Each partner must build mutual trust and have a reservoir of character, integrity and capability.

FOCUS: There must be a focus on the common interest, the vision and the goal of the partnership.

SYNERGY: Each partner must value their connection and synergize, so as to create a win-win partnership.

INVESTMENT: Partners must be willing to invest in each other and in their partnership.

EXPERTISE: Each partner must bring on board his strength, gift, knowledge, specialty and talent to grow their strategy and partnership.

Successful people everywhere understand that one is too small a number to achieve greatness, so they seek better collaboration instead of bitter competition.

It is therefore your responsibility to find your strategic partners and succeed together!

Crush your barriers!

breaking-through.jpg

During a coaching session some years back with my coach, I realized that I had certain barriers that had limited by potential and invariably my accomplishments.

I realized that for a long time, most of my internal dialogues were limiting instead of empowering me and I saw how limiting beliefs can trap a gold in it’s raw form and stop it from going through the process that will manifest it’s true self.

Today I have been able to crush the barriers that limited me in the past and I’m soaring.

So I ask you, what is that story, excuse, experience that has become a barrier and obstacle and is limiting your accomplishments?

You too can crush your barriers and soar higher…

Ask me how?

Use it or lose it!

On that day I knew for sure that something beautiful dropped in my mind, one of the brightest ideas ever had just dropped in my spirit and I was excited.

A few days down the line, I realized that I couldn’t remember a thing about this beautiful idea I had celebrated with gross inaction and this wasn’t the first time it was happening to me.

Thinking about this, it got me worried and after a time of meditation, I felt like God spoke to me and said in plain terms:

“If you don’t capture ideas when they come they’ll fly away and if you don’t Nurture ideas when they come, they’ll die”…

So I learnt from that day how to act on my ideas by capturing them and nurturing them to fruition.

I also learnt that inaction paralyzes initiative.

As you read my story, you can choose to celebrate your ideas with action and not inaction.

Capture them by writing them down with a pen and paper, Nurture them by breaking them into actionable steps that will birth the dream, because if you don’t use it, you will lose it!

Plan for success

It’s amazing how many people intend to succeed and accomplish much in life without a plan and they can’t name one achievement all through the first half of this year, not because they never desired something good but just because they had no plan.

Truth be told, if you must end the year with a better output, then you gotta plan for success!
Planning is not complex.. it is a written down formula for actualizing and replicating success.

As you plan, you must learn to plan with a pen and paper…. Always write down your plans, which should consist of: Goals, Objectives, Strategies, Targets and Tasks.

A good plan reveals your “what” and your “how” to you on how to clearly move from dream to actualization.

Now, regardless of how the first half turned out to be, in this second half refuse to remain ignorant or casual about your dreams…

Plan your way to success!
